With over two decades of experience in both paediatric and adult settings, Nikki Bond is a highly skilled and passionate speech pathologist dedicated to helping children and families thrive. Before founding Kaleidoscope Therapy, she worked extensively in public and private hospitals, community health, and Early Childhood Intervention Programs, building a strong foundation in collaborative and family-centred care.
Interests
Nikki is particularly passionate about supporting preschool-aged children in developing their communication skills. She has specialised training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, including Pragmatic Organisation Dynamic Display (PODD) books and various communication devices. Her child-led, play-based approach integrates communication strategies into everyday routines, empowering children to express themselves confidently.
