Children’s Allied Health Services
Kaleidoscope Therapy Services
One team, one space, complete care for your child’s development.

Our Therapists Work Together
Founded on the belief that small shifts can create big changes, Kaleidoscope Therapy brings together a truly multidisciplinary team — including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Allied Health Assistants, and Key Workers — who work collaboratively under one roof. Rather than operating in isolation, our team plans, problem-solves, and works toward shared goals, ensuring every child has a connected team behind them. Each child is seen as unique, with therapy tailored to their strengths, challenges, and priorities, while benefiting from the collective expertise of the whole team. Our integrated model means families no longer need to juggle multiple services; instead, they receive coordinated, holistic support that helps children build independence, confidence, communication, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

Our Story
Jo, an Occupational Therapist, and Nikki, a Speech Pathologist, met as key workers in an early childhood intervention program and quickly saw how collaborating with other allied health professionals led to better outcomes for children. Driven by a shared vision, they launched Kaleidoscope Therapy, a fun, family-focused therapy hub where children receive professional, coordinated support under one roof.

Like a kaleidoscope, small shifts can create big changes. With the right support and evidence-based therapies, we help every child build confidence, embrace who they are, and thrive.
Our Allied Health Services
Kaleidoscope Therapy brings allied health services together under one roof, providing seamless, coordinated care for children with developmental delays and disabilities. Our team of therapists work collaboratively to ensure your child gets the right support at the right time. With all our services in one place, we can adapt therapy goals and care plans as your child’s needs evolve, helping them feel confident, capable, and encouraged every step of their journey.

Occupational Therapy
Does your child find everyday tasks challenging—like holding a pencil, playing with friends, or getting dressed? Our Occupational Therapists support children and teens in improving fine motor skills and coordination, managing sensory sensitivities, and building social confidence. Through evidence-based therapy and practical strategies, we empower children to gain independence and confidently navigate the world.
Speech Pathology
Does your child struggle with pronunciation, unclear speech, stuttering, following instructions, or finding the right words? Our Speech Pathologists support children from infancy to 12 years with delayed language development, articulation issues, dyspraxia and comprehension challenges. We use creative and alternative methods to help non-verbal children communicate in ways that feel natural. Speech therapy helps children express themselves, build their vocabulary and gain confidence.

Psychological Support
Big emotions can be hard to navigate—for children and parents, teachers and guardians alike. Our Psychologists help children understand, express, and regulate their emotions, building confidence, resilience, and stronger relationships. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, school transitions, developmental differences or behavioural challenges, therapy provides a safe and supportive space to work through it.

Physiotherapy
Does your child have difficulty with balance, coordination, or keeping up in physical activities like sports or play? Our experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist works with children of all ages, including those with gross motor challenges, cerebral palsy, muscular disorders and neurodevelopmental conditions. Using fun, engaging exercises, we help children build muscle strength, improve coordination and movement difficulties, and gain confidence in their physical abilities.

Allied Health Assistant
Our Allied Health Assistants provide an extra pair of helping hands, under the guidance of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists, to help your child practise and build on therapy goals in their everyday environments. Whether at home, school, or kinder, Allied Health Assistants provide hands-on support to reinforce skills, build confidence, and make therapy fun and engaging.

Early Childhood Intervention Key Worker
Our Key Workers are Allied Health professionals or early childhood educators who work closely with families to support early childhood development and disability needs. Acting as a trusted point of contact, they help prioritise goals, implement therapy strategies into daily routines, and empower families to support their child’s progress. Working in collaboration with our therapists, they ensure a team-based approach across home, childcare, kinder, and school.

Kaleidoscope Therapy Services is built on a culture of collaboration between therapists, creating a level of support that goes beyond individual therapies and considers every aspect of your child’s development and wellbeing.
Neurodiversity-Affirming Support
We are a neuro-inclusive practice, providing a safe, understanding space for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome. We focus on validating their feelings, supporting emotional regulation, and promoting positive development in a way that honours their unique needs.

Autism, ADHD & Cognitive Assessments
Every child has different strengths and challenges, and getting the right support starts with understanding their needs. We will offer ASD, ADHD, and cognitive assessments as part of our growing services. Led by our Psychologists, with support from our Allied Health team, these assessments help us build a clearer picture of your child’s development. With this insight, we can create a care plan that supports their needs and connects them with the right therapist.
